Dr. Scott Micallef joined Shore Endodontics in 2021. He was born and raised in New Jersey, along the “Jersey Shore.” He is the oldest of four boys and a first-generation Dentist/Endodontist. Dr. Micallef is committed to providing the highest-quality endodontic care and is extremely excited to serve the communities he grew up in.
Dr. Micallef received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in biology from Rowan University. After graduation, he attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, for both his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) and his specialty certificate in Endodontics. While at Tufts University, Dr. Micallef was recognized for his academic achievements by being named to the Dean’s list and receiving the Lester P. Goldsmith Endowed Prize Fund in Endodontics, Merit Scholarship, and American Dental Partners Foundation Scholarship.
Dr. Micallef is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), the Massachusetts Association of Endodontists (MAE), and the New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA).
When he is not working, Dr. Micallef enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dogs. He is also an automotive enthusiast and enjoys working out and playing golf.
