Dr. Gupta received a Master of Science degree from Delhi University, India. He earned a DDS from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery and then completed a general practice residency at Staten Island University. Continuing his education, Dr. Gupta attended Columbia University to complete a two-year post-doctoral training program in the specialty of endodontics.
With over 25 years of dedicated experience in endodontics, Dr. Gupta is recognized for delivering exceptional patient care with a gentle, empathetic approach that prioritizes patient comfort while delivering exceptional clinical results. He is recognized as a trusted referral partner by general dentists and specialists for handling challenging cases while providing the highest standard of care.
Dr. Gupta is committed to continuous professional development and evidence-based practices to stay at the forefront of endodontic innovations and enhance patient care.
Beyond the operatory, he is committed to shaping the future of endodontics by mentoring young clinicians. Dr. Gupta is an attending at Monmouth Medical Center (RWJBH), Long Branch and Jersey Shore Medical Center (HMH), Neptune, where he teaches clinical endodontics to general practice dental residents.
He works passionately leading his team of endodontists and staff with integrity to consistently improve the level of patient care and experience. He is committed to and encourages his associates and staff to contribute to the profession through continuing education, professional association involvement and to adopt evidence-based techniques.
Dr. Gupta is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists. He served as past president of the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society.
During his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. In addition, he practices yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
